Assistant Store Manager
Reporting to the general manager, the assistant manager will be responsible for supporting operational excellence for up to 20 staff members, defining key business needs, and developing data driven strategy recommendations.
Job Responsibilities
Process Optimization
Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the organization
Lead initiatives to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
Define and evaluate employee performance metrics, identify knowledge gaps, and training needs of staff
Contribute to setting targets, objectives, and incentives schemes for staff
Strategic Development
Contribute to development and implementation of commercial operational strategies and tactics for business improvement to drive profitable business growth
Identify emerging technology/products/services that will enhance Lucy’s portfolio of products and services
General Management
Monitor and direct daily operations, inventory control, and other duties as assigned
Regularly communicate with clients and evaluate their business needs
Coach and support new and existing laundry attendants and drivers
Ensure employee compliance guidelines are implemented and enforced
Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable
Shift Lead Laundry Attendant
Reporting to the assistant manager, the shift lead laundry attendant will have overall daily responsibilities for one of of Lucy’s store locations.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to carry laundry bags weighing up to 40 lbs.
General Store Management
Ensure and maintain overall store cleanliness at all times.
Create a positive atmosphere for laundromat customers and provide assistance as needed.
Interface with management to ensure adequate workload is available at store to maintain high productivity levels.
Ensure and obtain positive store reviews.
Grow existing dropoff business at location.
Perform staff assignments.
Ensure compliance with all reports (Out of Order, Daily Processing, etc).
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Ensure vending machines are full.
Route Drivers (Full-time and Part-time available)
Lucy’s Laundry is seeking qualified delivery drivers to courier corporate and residential laundry to our local customers.
Job Responsibilities
Key roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Driving – drivers will be given a daily route for pickup and delivery schedule to complete based on technology-based route software. Drivers will be responsible for meeting pickup/delivery schedule and annotating notes in the route management software.
Sales Orders – upon completion of the routes, drivers will be required to enter new orders in Lucy’s point of sale and/or close orders (including receive payments). Computer skills required.
Customer Service – Lucy’s drivers will be responsible for representing the Lucy’s brand. Customer service orient is critical to ensuring the customer experience is consistent with the Lucy’s brand.
Education / Qualification
Prior experience driving for a company is preferred
Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
Ability to carry laundry bags weighing up to 40 lbs Must reside in Orange Country
